Tottenham turn attention to FC Utrecht forward

Sebastian Haller is reportedly being watched by the North London club as they continue their search to bring in another striker to relieve some of the pressure from Harry Kane.

The France international has been in sensational form for his club this season, netting 16 goals to help his club climb to fifth in the Dutch top flight.

Haller is strong both in the air and on the ground, which appears to have caught the eye of Mauricio Pochettino – according to the Evening Standard

The former Auxerre goal-getter has netted nine goals in 13 appearances for his countries U21 team; but is yet to make a first team appearance, with Olivier Giroud, Alexandre Lacazette and the returning Karim Benzema providing large competition in that area.

Tottenham’s title challenge has been put forth by a combination of young, hungry talent and experience, and at 21, Haller could prove to be a great addition for the Lilywhites.
