Liverpool’s injury prone hotshot, Daniel Sturridge has been linked to a move away from Anfield with West Ham reportedly preparing a bid for the striker.
According to reports, the East London club are preparing a bid for the hitman as The Brentwood Gazette claims that Liverpool boss, Jürgen Klopp, has become weary of the striker’s constant injuries.
The English striker has played just 5 Premier League games this season, just 7 games less than his grand total of 12 in the Premier League during the 2014/15 season. This inconsistent time on the pitch has shown no sign of improving which has now supposedly pushed Klopp to his limit as the German wants a player who can give his all consistently on the pitch.
It has been widely reported that Klopp would want Sturridge to complete 10 days of training with the Liverpool squad before he could contemplate introducing the 26 year old back into first team action. However, this seems to have been a task too far for Sturridge as he has not completed such a task as of yet.
With such little time for the Reds to find a suitable replacement, it would seem fair to suggest any move for the deadeye would be highly unlikely this month. Nevertheless, it appears certain that until Daniel proves himself a reliable player, his time at Liverpool could come to a premature end.
