Arsenal are expect to sign up Nigerian wonder kids Kelechi Nwakali and Samuel Chukwueze next week according to Football Insider.
Last week, Sky Sports reported that the Gunners were close to signing the Nigerian u-17 players, and now it looks as if Arsene Wenger has added to his ever-growing youth academy at Arsenal.
Arsenal are now only waiting for the two players to be issued work permits and visas, but it’s claimed that they hope to have received clearance by the end of next week.
The deal for both players looks set to be worth around £3million, and Nwakali and Chukwueze could both be fast tracked into Arsenal first team due to their promising potential.
Elsewhere, Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny could be set for a second season on long at Roma according to Sky Italia.
Szczesny was dropped by Wenger in January 2015 after a string of poor performances and an incident involving the Polish keeper smoking in the changing room showers after a 2-0 away loss to Southampton.
Roma are reportedly going to keep Szczesny on their books to work alongside potential new goalkeeper Alisson, who will need time adjusting to life in Italy after living in Brazil for all his life, however as for Szczesny at Arsenal, it looks to be the end for the Pole.
