David Ospina has emerged as a target for Turkish giants Besiktas according to the Daily Mirror.
The Colombian has again be relegated to the bench after losing his first team place to Petr Cech, who has been one of the main factors to Arsenal’s title charge since his move from Chelsea to North London.
Whilst Arsene Wenger is a fan of Ospina and even believes the 27-year-old could one day be the Gunners number one keeper, the Colombian keeper is fed-up due to the limit of first-team football and is open to moving away from the Emirates.
Ospina has only featured three times for Arsenal this, and in one of those games the keeper received heavy criticism as Arsenal lost at home 3-2 to Olympiakos, a game in which Ospina was at fault for the second decisive goal.
Elsewhere, Italian paper La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that PSG striker Edinson Cavani is finally ready to leave the French champions for good, with Arsenal the favourites to land the Uruguayan striker.
Gazzetta report that Cavani is fed up with playing second fiddle to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and that the number 9 will leave the French capital in the summer. Arsenal are regularly linked with the former Napoli striker, however due to his poor form in recent months, Arsene Wenger might want to be looking elsewhere for another striker.
