Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has heaped praise on Henrikh Mkhitaryan as the pair will be meeting for the first time in the Premier League on Sunday.
Klopp signed the Armenian international when they were at Borussia Dortmund.
Klopp signed the Armenian international when he was manager of German club Borrusia Dortmund and last season he faced the player when Liverpool met with Dortmund in the quarter finals of the Europa League. After that Mkhitaryan missed the goalless fixture between Manchester United and Liverpool through injury back in October.
Klopp is well aware of the threat that the Armenian poses against his defenders and said: “Henrikh Mkhitaryan combines skills at the highest tempo. Good finisher, good attitude, good worker.
“Can play different positions and he is a world-class player, no doubt.”
