Arsenal captain Mikel Arteta has been rumoured with a link to London rivals West Ham according to Spanish outlet Fichajes.
Arteta has been out of the Arsenal side for months due to injury, and the veteran midfielder has seen limited game time due to the centre midfield partnership of Francis Coquelin and Santi Cazorla.
The report from Fichajes says that Slaven Bilic is looking to add experience to the West Ham side, and Arteta could prove to be a cheap, smart option for the Croatian manager.
The 33-year-old midfielder has his contract expired at the end of the season, and Arsenal could be willing to cash in on their ageing captain.
A new youngster has been linked with a move to Arsenal this morning, as Chelsea youngster Ola Aina is widely reported to swap West London for North London.
The 19-year-old defender has become frustrated with the lack of first-team football at the fallen champions, and Aina has refused a contract with Chelsea.
The versatile defender was tipped to be the next big defender to come from the Chelsea academy, but like so many before him the opportunity to show his talent has not arise yet.
Arsenal are willing to involve Aina with the first-team, and with Mathieu Debuchy likely to leave this window, Aina could be promising back up and competition for Hector Bellerin.
